VEGAN VS MEAT EATER
For this infographic project (comparison between vegan and meat eater), I used combination of comparison infographic and donut chart. Therefore, I draw a donut chart to compare the different foods and similarity foods between vegan and meat eater. The background color that I used are red and black to show the contrast. The font or typeface that I used is Gill Sans.

A vegan is an individual who follows a dietary and lifestyle practice that abstains from the consumption or use of any animal products. This includes avoiding meat (such as beef, pork, poultry, and seafood), as well as dairy products (like milk, cheese, and yogurt), eggs, honey, and any other foods or ingredients derived from animals. Vegans typically rely on plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds to meet their nutritional needs. Additionally, many vegans extend their ethical principles beyond diet by avoiding clothing, cosmetics, and household products that involve animal testing or contain animal-derived ingredients. Veganism often stems from concerns about animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and personal health, with advocates promoting the ethical treatment of animals, reducing environmental impact, and improving health outcomes through plant-based diets.

On the other hand, a meat eater is an individual who includes animal products as a significant component of their diet. This typically includes consuming meat from animals like cows, pigs, chickens, and fish, as well as products derived from them such as dairy and eggs. Meat eaters may prioritize taste, convenience, cultural traditions, or perceived nutritional benefits when choosing their food, and their diets often include a variety of animal-based proteins and fats. While some meat eaters may consume meat in moderation and prioritize lean cuts or sustainably sourced options, others may consume larger quantities of processed or red meats, which have been associated with various health risks such as heart disease, cancer, and environmental degradation. Overall, meat eaters represent a diverse group with varying dietary habits, cultural backgrounds, and ethical considerations regarding the consumption of animal products.
